Course Management LLC — Accessibility Statement

Course Management LLC ("Course Management," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making cmgolfco.com (the "Site") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to shop, browse, and sign up for updates without unnecessary barriers, and we're actively working to improve the accessibility of our Site on an ongoing basis.

Our Approach

Our Site is built on Shopify, and we rely in part on the accessibility features built into the Shopify platform and our theme. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are widely recognized standards for web accessibility. These guidelines help make web content more accessible for people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

In Progress

Some of the ongoing steps we take to support accessibility include:

  • Using clear, descriptive alt text for product images where possible
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Structuring pages with headings and readable layouts to support screen readers and keyboard navigation
  • Reviewing new pages, products, and features for accessibility as we add them
  • Relying on Shopify's accessible checkout, which is built to support assistive technologies

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. This can include older content, third-party embedded content (such as certain apps or widgets), or areas we haven't yet reviewed. We are working to identify and address these gaps.

Third-Party Content

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As Course Management grows, we will continue to review, test, and improve the Site to make it more accessible over time. This statement may be updated periodically to reflect our progress.
